As part of ALLTEL's continuing efforts to improve service to our customers, ALLTEL, or someone acting on ALLTEL's behalf, may engage in the anonymous monitoring of Internet activity. This means that a customer's Internet session may be tracked, but the customer will be anonymous. This process does not capture or transmit any personally indentifiable information. In gathering this information, ALLTEL's intent is to gain knowledge of our customers' changing needs and to monitor network activity and quickly address outages or other network problems, thereby better serving our customers. If you do not wish to be a part of these efforts, please indicate below. You will only be exempt from this process by indicating so below.

Fill out all the following information to exempt you from the above processes.

In order to provide content such as news, weather, stock quotes, etc. to our customers, ALLTEL has formed a partnership with InfoSpace. Through this partnership, ALLTEL is able to deliver this content on its web page (http://www.alltel.net). It is important to understand that InfoSpace and ALLTEL maintain separate privacy policies.
