John Landry John Landry is a 25-year software innovator who has served as Chief Technology Officer at such industry leaders as Lotus Development, Dun & Bradstreet, Cullinet Software and McCormack & Dodge, John Landry now lives an eclectic professional life described by one industry pundit as "johnlandry.com, a one-man keiretsu". At present, Landry serves as IBM's VP of Technology Strategy (focusing exclusively on IBM's e-business initiatives) while concurrently wrapping up his role as Chairman of the leading Internet calendaring and scheduling service, AnyDay.com in Cambridge, MA, (AnyDay was acquired by Palm, Inc. in July 1999). Landry previously served as Chairman of interactive-advertising leader Narrative Communications until its acquisition by At Home Networks (ATHM) in January 1999. In 1996, Landry founded Lead Dog Ventures, an early stage angel investment fund. John serves on the Board of several of its investments including such public companies as Interliant (INIT), GIGA Information Group (GIGX), MCK Communications (MCKC), Lante (LNTE) and Cidera (CIDR), as well as emerging private companies including Unica, SolidSpeed, Collego, Thinking Bytes Technologies, Abridge, Sigaba, e-Smith and Marbles, Inc. Tom Hewitt In December 1984, Tom Hewitt founded Federal Sources, Inc., (FSI) as a market research and consulting firm focused on IT in the federal government. In 1998, Mr. Hewitt sold FSI to Primedia Information, Inc., publishers of business to business directories and magazines featuring essential data vital to day-to-day demands of industry professionals. luxury hotels in StavangerPrior to FSI, Mr. Hewitt was a Senior Vice President of Kentron, which was acquired by PRC. Before that, he held senior level positions at CSC, which included President of Infornet Government Systems Division and Vice President of Program Development of the Systems Group. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Business World, Inc., which is organized to trade as Entre Computer Center and pursue the retail micro marketplace. Prior to that, Mr. Hewitt was with Boeing Computer Services for six years, where he started and subsequently managed its Federal government marketing operations. Robert J. (Rocky) Spane Mr. Spane brings a unique blend of experiences and qualifications to any organization or group with which he associates. He was a career Naval Officer, serving in the U. S. Navy for 33 years, rising from the rank of Ensign to Vice Admiral. After he left the Navy, he started his own consulting Company, Pacific Associates, and was asked to sit on the Board of several public and privately held companies. One of these companies was Vanguard Airlines. Mr. Spane joined the Board of Vanguard in April of 1996; he became President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board in June of 1997.
